Welcome, we’re glad you’re here.
Be heard, feel seen, and work with us to create strategies to restore a sense of self.
Hi, I am Alyssa, the founder of Restorative Strategies. The journey to social work has been long and difficult; I could not have done it alone. My journey took many people, including me, believing in myself. I appreciated most being seen and heard. Our team is here to see and hear you, working with you and creating strategies together to restore a sense of self.
I want to be your therapist and help create strategies to restore hope and peace of mind.
But Alyssa, I have questions; what about…
Are you accepting or welcoming of diversity? Yes. Yes. Yes. Did we say YES!? Yes, we have served the spectrum of gender identities, a range of relationship dynamics (like non-traditional or consensual nonmonogamy), neurodivergent clients or people seeking autism information or suspecting autism, and all families within the 2SLGBTQI+.

What about the cancellation policy? How does telehealth work? What is EDMR? What is a good fit? How long is therapy? Telehealth, EDMR, good fit, how long is therapy, who needs therapy, where can I get therapy? Do you do medication management? It’s okay, and we got you covered; learn more.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released the No Surprise Act. This aims to prevent Surprise Billing by providers for services rendered to consumers without insurance or insured consumers that don’t plan to use their health plan to cover costs. Providers must furnish a Good Faith Estimate to the individual prior to receiving the service or item. Please see the attached link for more information.
